Survey and quote phase

We come to you to complete a site survey.

We draw up a basic plan to show you the recommended location of columns and stairs.

This drawing and the quote for your mezzanine structure are presented as a PDF document.

Accept and order phase

Once you decide to go ahead, we return to site to complete a detailed measure. This ensures your mezzanine fits perfectly on the day of installation. We create professional AutoCAD drawings to the exact millimetre of your proposed mezzanine.

During this phase, you can request changes to the drawings. We come to you to discuss any changes on-site so we can give accurate feedback on your requests. We are committed to providing you with your ideal mezzanine solution that also complies with building standards and codes. Our independent Structural Engineer confirms structural certification during this phase. We can also assist with the Council and Shire approval process if required.

Once you sign approval for the project, we finalise the purchase of materials and schedule your project into our workshop. Lead times may vary, but we use locally sourced raw materials to improve turnaround efficiency.

We oversee the ordering and delivery of your materials ourselves. Quality control is guaranteed.

Manufacturing phase

Our experienced team of Boilermakers, Welders, and Fabricators builds your mezzanine in our dedicated workshop.

Pre-install inspection

Before the installation, your Site Supervisor, who has been working with you since the beginning of the project, will attend the site to check it is ready and plan the best way to deliver a quality installation around your existing infrastructure and employee workspaces.

Installation

Our team will install your mezzanine floor with minimal impact on the existing infrastructure and employee workflow. Depending on the project’s scope (size and complexity), we allow 1 – 5 days for your installation. There are instances where a project can take longer to complete, especially larger projects and if there is a phased installation schedule. If you opt for a mezzanine fit-out, this will commence immediately after your mezzanine floor install.

After-care

Our mezzanine floors come with a 25-year structural warranty.
